1. ACCOUNT TERMS

1.1. There can be only one account linked to any single individual, e-mail address, IP address and place of residence or location with public access to computers (Internet cafes, public libraries, college dormitories, schools, workplace etc.). Should more than one account be registered at the casino though the same computer, any same IP, we will require confirmation of identity of all users on that computer. We would advise you to contact customer support before creating more than one account from a private computer, any same IP or an account from a public computer.

1.2. Those players who register more than one account in order to acquire more bonuses are not eligible to any winnings earned from these bonuses. If such a violation occurs, their accounts will be blocked without warning.

1.3. Player inactivity

If an account is left inactive for 6 months, a €/$/£10 per month inactivity fee will be charged to the account for administration purposes. During this period, the player will be notified several times through all available means of communication in order to notify him/her. If due to this fee the player’s real money balance is reduced to zero, the account will be closed, however the player can still claim his/her full balance for an additional 6 months after account closure. After 6 months the account is closed permanently.

1.4. Account Limits

All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit.

2. CHANGING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3. CHECKING ACCOUNTS

11. WITHDRAWALS

11.1. Before any withdrawal is made and the money transferred to the player’s account, all bonus amount will be cleared from the gaming account. All winnings earned from games not meeting the wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

11.2. The minimal withdrawal amount is €50 per a single transaction, unless otherwise stated in these Terms. Should the bonus have a maximum pay-out limit (such as no deposit bonuses), the amount above this limit is deducted from the player’s account.

12. RECEIVING WINNINGS

12.1. Casino60 reserves the right to deny or suspend any bonuses and/or winnings if the deposit made by the player has been cancelled or denied by the payment system.

12.2. When requesting withdrawal the player will be credited using the same payment method that the player used to make a deposit. If this method of payment does not support withdrawal or it is not possible for any other reason, the withdrawal will be made onto an account of another payment system previously used by the player to make another deposit.

12.3. We may at any time set off any positive balance on Your Account against any amount you owe to us when we re-settle any bets or wagers pursuant to Duplicate Accounts, Collusion, Cheating, Fraud, Playing from restricted countries and Criminal Activity or Errors.
